Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided, using the shipping method you selected at checkout. You may request an address change on the day of your purchase, but after that, changes are no longer possible and any errors will be your responsibility.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Our delivery times range from approximately 5 to 12 business days. Shipping is free.
Please note that during sale periods or special occasions (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), due to high demand, delivery times may be extended (5 to 10 days). We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but extended delivery times do not qualify for refunds regardless of your personal reasons. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as protests, adverse weather conditions, or issues within the delivery carrier’s operations.
Items Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If an item is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we will initiate an investigation with the delivery service to clarify the circumstances. If it is found that the package was stolen from your mailbox or by someone close to you, please note that Bloomess cannot be held liable. Therefore, we unfortunately will not be able to offer a refund in such cases.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping and return address. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please notify us at checkout.
However, we allow you to contact us if you made an error so we can correct your shipping address. Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. Please contact us before this window if your order is already en route with our carrier.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. This email will provide shipping details for your order. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us by clicking here.
Please note that a tracking number will be provided for every order placed on our website.
The estimated delivery date is based on the selected shipping method. Delivery times count business days only and exclude weekends and holidays.
